Answers to FAQs For Online Registration Customers

Q: How do I establish an online account?
A: Before registering for any programs online, you must establish an online registration account and create a Login Name and Password.

This is how you create an online camp account:

1) Click on the "Sign In/Up" button.

2) New customers are required to provide their email address to create an account and can only use their email address to sign in.

3) Enter all the required fields and click submit. Please submit your request only once.

*Please Note: If you are registering a child for a program, please use your own information when filling out the online registration account request form, NOT the information of the child you wish to register for an activity. Once you have an online registration account, you will have the opportunity to add family members.

3) You will automatically receive an email after submitting your request for an account. Your account will be activated only after you have responded by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?
A: On the sign-in page, select the "Forgot your Password" link. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. If, you do not receive an email or are unable to reset your password, please contact our office at 904-620-2998 during normal business hours and a member of our staff will assist you.

*Please DO NOT create another customer account.
Q: How do I register online for an activity?
A: Once your account has been established, registration for programs is easy:

1) Click the "Programs" button on the registration home page.

2) Choose the program that you would like to enroll in by clicking the program name or Add to Cart button.

3) Choose the weeks you wish to attend.

4)Confirm authorized pickups for the camper.

5) Confirm price (if price does not reflect appropriate discount, stop immediately and call the Recreation and Wellness Office at (904) 620-2998)

6) Click "Continue" to proceed with payment. This system accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

7) Once your payment has been approved, your receipt will display. Please print a copy of your receipt for your records.
Q: How many accounts should each family have?
A: We recommend that each family establish one account. Create the account in the name of a head of household and then add all family member names to the account after it is established.
Q: How do I add family members to My Account?
A: You may add a family members under "My Account", by clicking the link "Manage Family Member".
Q: Can I view programs without registering?
A: You can always browse through the programs without registering. Click "Summer Camp Programs" button and look at all the programs that are offered.
Q: What will happen if I try to register for an program that is fully enrolled?
A: You can register your camper to the wait list. If a space opens for the class, you will be contacted. If we are unable to contact you, your space will be given to the next customer on the wait list.
Q: What if my price for camp does not reflect my customer type discount?
A: Check to make sure you have indicated your child's customer type is the same as yours. The customer type of the person enrolled (your child) generates the price. To update your customer type, call the Recreation and Wellness Office at (904) 620-2998
Q: Why am I being charged a convenience fee?
A: This is a pass-through cost from the online registration provider, ActiveNet, for use of the online services to register and pay for camps online. The fee is approximately 6% of the total amount due (convenience fee only applies to first week of a payment plan).
Q: Can I view my transaction history and print out my past receipts online?
A: Yes, the "My Account" feature allows you to view a detailed list of your past transactions. Just login, click the "My Account" button, and select the "Transaction & Payment History".
Q: How can I view a schedule of my family's upcoming scheduled programs?
A: The "My Account" feature allows you to view a weekly schedule of your family's upcoming scheduled programs. Just login, click on the "My Account" button, and then click on "View Family Members Schedule". Filter your search by selecting the family members whose schedules you would like to view. A monthly schedule will display all of the programs for which your family members have been enrolled.
