Q: Swim Lessons Location
A: McCollum Park Pool:
600 128th Street SE, Everett, WA 98208. From I-5 take the 128th Street Exit East over I-5, follow for about 1/4 mile, pool entrance is on your right.

Q: Cancellation / Refund Request Policy:
A: Cancellation / refund requests must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to event start date. Please send your request via e-mail to scparksrec@gmail.com. A cancellation fee will apply per class, per participant (see fee schedule for rate). All on-line convenience and transacation fees are non-refundable. There is a $35.00 NSF check fee. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
Q: Fee Information
A: ANNUAL PARKING PASS - $70.00 good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
A 6.5% plus .50 cents non-refundable transaction fee is added to each transaction.
Q: Annual Pass - how do I purchase one on-line?
A: Select "ACTIVITIES" to purchase your annual pass. Fee is $70.00* and is good for 1 year from the date of purchase. Pass will be mailed via USPS, please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. *Price subject to change
Q: Annual Pass Discounts - who qualifies?
A: If you hold a Washington State Parks Disabled Veteran pass (white background with green text) you do not need to purchase an annual pass. Please display your Disabled Veteran pass on the dash of your vehicle while visiting the park.
Q: Annual Pass Locations, which parks require the annual pass?
A: Flowing Lake County Park, Kayak Point County Park, Wenberg County Park and Wyatt County Park.
Q: Camping Reservations - How do I make reservations on-line?

Q: Convenience/Transaction fee? Do I pay a transaction/convenience fee?
A: Yes, there is a small convenience fee typical of any internet sales. 6.5% of your total plus .50 cents. This fee will appear just prior to making your on-line payment. The convenience fee is charged by ACTIVE.COM, the reservation software vendor, to support their services. Please note, the charge does not go to the Parks, and is therefor NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q: Payment - When do I make payment for swim lessons or classes?
A: Payment is due at the time of registration. Please pay via Visa or MasterCard.
Q: Activities/Swim Lessons - Can I view activities without registering?
A: You can always browse through the activities without registering. Click "Register Now" button and look at all the activities that are offered.
Q: Discount Information
A: There are no discounts offered at this time.
Q: Class Locations - Where are they held?
A: Most classes report to Snohomish County Parks Administration office at Willis Tucker Community Park:
6705 Puget Park Drive, Snohomish, WA 98296.
Q: Accounts - Can I view my transaction history and print out my past receipts online?
A: Yes! The My Account feature allows you to view a detailed list of your past transactions with Snohomish County Parks and Recreation. Just login, click the My Account button, and select Account Detail to view the receipt and/or print it out for your records.
Q: Accounts - Multiple accounts how do I find my most current one?
A: No problem. Simply call the Parks office at (425) 388-6600 and let us know. We can merge the two accounts without losing your history.
Q: Accounts - How do I add Family Members to My Account?
A: You may add as many members into your account as necessary.
1) After you receive your initial Customer ID and Password, click on the My Account button.
2) Enter your Customer ID and Password to login.
3) Select Change Family Members.
4) Add the new family member information. Please include the correct date of birth for each person. This helps the online registration software to determine eligibility for age-restricted activities.
Q: Accounts - How do I request a Customer ID and password for an online registration account?
A: Before registering for activities, you must establish an online registration account and receive your Customer ID and Password. This is how you create an online registration account:
1) Click on the "My Account" button.
2) Fill out the form for New Account Request completely, including birthdate and click submit. Please submit your request only once.
An Important Note About Registering Children: Use your own information when filling out the online registration account request form, NOT the information of the child you wish to register for an activity. Once you have an online registration account, you will have the opportunity to add family members.
3) You will receive an email containing your Customer ID and Password once your account has been approved. This email is normally sent to you within 24 hours of requesting an online registration account. Be sure to keep a record of your password. Write down your password as you will need it to register online in the future.
Q: Family Schedule - How are schedules viewed for my family's upcoming activities?
A: The My Account feature allows you to view a weekly schedule of your familys upcoming scheduled activities. Just login, click on the My Account button, and then click on Family Schedule. A weekly schedule will display all of the activities your family has been enrolled in and allow you to click on the activity for more information, such as the facility location where the activity is being held.
