Description
Our "Engineering with Sphero Robots" course is not just another robotics course, it's an adventure for children that seamlessly blend coding, robotics, and storytelling. This unique learning experience utilizes Sphero BOLT, a dynamic coding robotic ball equipped with programmable sensors and a vibrant LED light matrix. Here, imagination is the key to innovation. Students create animated characters and construct narratives, transforming coding and robotic movement into a form of artistic expression. The hands-on curriculum also involves crafting obstacle courses and bridges, fostering a practical understanding of design principles. Through these activities, students learn not just to create, but to test, refine, and improve their creations, an essential iterative process in STEM fields. This course doesn't merely teach students how to program a robot, it inspires creativity, instills a love for learning, and nurtures future innovators.
Please Note:
- Participants should bring a lunch, snacks, and a bottle of water. Jackets, hats, and masks are optional.
