To be eligible for resident discounts, residents must provide two proofs of Milpitas residency within 2 weeks of setting up account.

Acceptable forms of proof of residency are any of these showing your name and Milpitas address: current government issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.); utility bill (PG&E, cable, water, garbage); bank statement or credit card statement.
