Q: How do I create my Account?
A: 1) Click on Create Account.

2) Fill out the form for New Account, including all required fields.

*Please Note: To add a minor (under age 18) to the system, you need to first create an Account for an adult.

3) Check your e-mail to activate your Account.
Q: How do I register for a Lottery class?
A: Answer will be published soon.
Q: How many accounts should each family have?
A: One!
Q: How do I add family members to my account?
A: There are three ways to add a family member to your Account:

1) Add a family member while creating your Account;

2) Go to My Account; click on Change Information About Family/Friends; or

3) During the Enroll process, click on Add a New Family Member in the Select Participant screen.
Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A: When you are prompted to sign in, click on Forget Your Password link. Enter your Account's e-mail address and click Submit. An email will be sent to you containing a temporary password. Sign in using this temporary password. Upon signing in you will be prompted to change your password.

** If you forget your password, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! **
Q: Can I view class offerings without registering?
A: You can always browse the class offerings without registering. Click the Classes tab at the top of the screen to look at all the offerings!
Q: How do I register for Classes?
A: Once your account has been established, registration for Classes is easy:

1) Click on the Class Name to reveal the detailed Class description.

2) Click on Add to Cart.

3) Login to your Account and select the family member you wish to enroll.

4) Continue shopping or proceed checkout to complete the registration process.
Q: What will happen if I try to register for a class that is full?
A: Your name will be placed on a waiting list. You will be contacted in the event that a space opens for that class or additional classes are added. If we are unable to contact you, your space will be given to the next customer on the waiting list.

If you do not want to be placed on the waiting list, click the Remove button that appears on the Shopping Cart screen.

*Please Note: Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee a spot in the class. For guaranteed participation, please choose another class that has registration space.
Q: How can I view my family's scheduled Classes?
A: 1) Click on My Account.

2) In Account Activity, click on Show Your Daily Schedule.
Q: How do I view my transaction history and print out my past receipts?
A: Click on the My Account link (located at the top right-hand corner of your screen) to scroll through your Account Options.
