- Q: How do I create an account?
- A: If you registered by phone for a program after Sept. 1 and gave your email, you already have an account and can skip to the bottom of this answer to read how to sign in.
1. Click Create an Account at the very top of this screen. 2. Fill out all of the required fields on the form. If you are registering a child, use your information and not the child's. You'll add the child's information later. 3. If you're the only person on the account, click Create Account. If you want to add family members to your account, click Create Account and Add Family Member. (You can add members to your account later, too.) 4. You'll receive a confirmation email. You'll need to click on the link in the email to activate your account.
I registered over the phone after Sept. 1 and gave my email.
1. Click Sign In at the very top of this screen. 2. Click Forget Your Password, enter your email address and click Submit. 3. You may need to provide your name and date of birth for additional verification. 4. You'll receive an email with a temporary password. Once you sign in with the temporary password, you'll be asked to change it.
- Q: How many accounts should my family have?
- A: Your family should have one main account. Once you create that account, you can add family members to it.
- Q: How do I add family members to my account?
- A: You can add a member one of three ways.
* If you're first creating your account, at the end of the form click Create Account and Add Family Member. * If you've already created an account, sign in and click My Account and then Add/Change Information about Family Members. * If you've already created an account and you're registering for an activity, when you get to the Select Participant page, click Create a new Family Member.
- Q: What if I forget my password?
- A: 1. Click Sign In at the very top of this screen.
2. Click Forget Your Password, enter your email address and click Submit. 3. You may need to provide your name and date of birth for additional verification. 4. You'll receive an email with a temporary password. Once you sign in with the temporary password, you'll be asked to change it. 5. If you still can't login, call Visitor Services Monday -- Friday 8 a.m. -- 4 p.m. at (630) 933-7248. Please do not create a new customer account.
- Q: Can I view activities without registering?
- A: Absolutely! Click Activities at the top of this screen and browse through the list.
- Q: How do I register for an Activity?
- A: 1. Click Activities at the top of this screen.
2. Click on the name of the activity you want. 3. Click Add to Cart. 4. Sign into your account (if you haven't already). 5. Select the name of the person you're registering and click Next. 6. You may go next to an Activity Questions page. If so, type your answers and click Next. 7. On the Select Fees page, make any required selections (there may not be any) and then click Proceed to Shopping Cart. 8. From the Shopping Cart page, you can remove activities from your cart or select one of the options next to Continue Shopping at the bottom. 9. Once your Shopping Cart page is correct and finalized, click Proceed to Checkout. 10. On the Review Waivers page, read the waiver and if you agree check the box. (If you don't agree, you can't proceed.) Click Proceed to Checkout. 11. If You Don't Have to Pay Any Fees You'll go to the Thank You page, where you can print your receipt, let friends know you're registered, or start searching for other activities.
If You Do Have to Pay Fees a. On the secure Payment Information page, enter your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express account information. b. The name and address on the Payment Information page must match the billing information on file with your credit card company. If they don't, click Edit and change them to match. Click Save Account Info. c. Click Pay and Finish. d. You'll go to the Thank You page, where you can print your receipt, let friends know you're registered, or start searching for other activities.
- Q: How do I get on a wait list if an activity's full?
- A: 1. If you click an activity and see "We're sorry, but this Activity is full," click Add to Wait List.
2. Select the name of the person to put on the wait list and click Next. 3. You may go next to an Activity Questions page. If so, type your answers and click Next. 4. On the Select Fees page, make any required selections (there may not be any) and then click Proceed to Shopping Cart. 5. From the Shopping Cart page, you can remove activities from your cart or select one of the options next to Continue Shopping at the bottom. 6. Once your Shopping Cart page is correct and finalized, click Proceed to Checkout. 7. On the Review Waivers page, read the waiver and if you agree check the box. (If you don't agree, you can't proceed.) Click Proceed to Checkout. 8. You'll go to the Thank You page, where you can print your wait list request or start searching for other activities. 9. If a space becomes available, you'll receive an email. If you do not reply, the space will go to the next person on the waiting list.
- Q: How do I view my family's upcoming Activities?
- A: 1. Sign into your account and click My Account at the very top of the screen.
2. Click Show Your Daily Schedule. 3. Under Available Family Members, click a name and then click on the arrow to the right that's pointing to the right to move the name to Selected Family Members. 4. Under Available Schedule Details, click a detail you'd like to see and then click on the arrow to the right that's pointing to the right to move the detail to Selected Schedule Details. 5. Click View Schedule.
- Q: How do I view my transaction history and print out receipts?
- A: 1. Sign into your account and click My Account.
2. To view prior transactions, click List of Prior Transactions. 3. To view past receipts, click List of Account Payments and then the receipt number.
- Q: Can I still register by phone?
- A: Absolutely!
1. Click Activities at the top of this screen. 2. Click on the name of the activity you want. (You don't need to create an account if you don't want to.) 3. Call the number included in the listing.
