- Q: Do I pay a convenience fee?
- A: Yes, there is an online convenience fee typical of similar internet sales. This fee is a percentage of your final total due.

- Q: If a class is cancelled, do I get the convenience fee refunded?
- A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund convenience fees for classes/events/activities that have been cancelled.
- Q: I'm a resident of Fitchburg, but am being charged a Non-Resident Rate. Why?
- A: RecNet uses a street database to determine residency. It uses the below abbreviations. Make sure your address has these abbreviations.

- Q: Can I view activities without registering?
- A: You can always browse through the activities without registering. Click the "Activities" button to look at all the activities that are currently being offered.
- Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?
- A: You can reset your password from the login page by clicking "Forgot Your Password". If you still cannot log in, please contact the Fitchburg Parks and Recreation Department at (608) 270-4285.
- Q: How do I register online for an activity?
- A: Registering for an Activity is easy!
1) Click the "Activities" button at the top of this page. 2) Select the activity that you would like to enroll in. Click on the activity name to open the detailed activity description page. 3) Click on the "Enroll Now" button if you wish to register for the activity. 4) Next, if you aren't already you will be asked to sign in to your account by entering your login name and password. Click the "Sign In" button to proceed to the Enroll Activity Form to enter your participant information. Once complete, click "Add to Cart". 5) From the Shopping Cart screen you can remove activities from your cart or update your cart information. To add more enrollments to your cart simply click the Activities button again to view the list. Activities you have already enrolled in will be saved in your cart. 6) Confirm your activity name, date & time, enrollee, and price. Then, pay with a credit card. Click "Check Out" to proceed to payment. Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information Page. Click "Pay" to complete transaction. Please Note: The name and address must match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your credit card billing address, click on the "Update Billing Address" link. 6) You should receive an email confirmation of your receipt. If you do not receive one, your receipt can always be viewed from your account. Click "My Account" to go to your personal page, then click the "Transaction and Payment History" box to view all of your previous account transactions.
- Q: How do I add Family Members to My Account?
- A: You may add as people on your account as necessary.
When creating a new account family members can be added by clicking "Create account and add a Family member/friend" at the bottom of the final information page.
To add another person to an existing account. 1) Login to your account. You may automatically be directed to the "My Account" page, but if not you can click the "My Account" button (phone)/link (computer, upper right-hand corner), 3) There is a section labeled "YourLastName's Family". On a phone scroll down, on the computer it is on the right side of the screen. At the bottom of this section click the "Manage Family Members" link. 4) Click "Add Family Member". Please include the correct date of birth for each person. This helps the online registration software to determine eligibility for age-based activities.
- Q: How can I view a schedule of my family's upcoming scheduled activities?
- A: The "My Account" feature allows you to view a weekly schedule of your family's upcoming scheduled activities. Just login, click on the "My Account" button, and find the "YourLastName's Family" section. scroll down to the bottom of this section and click the "View Family Members Schedule" link.
A weekly schedule will display all of the activities your family has been enrolled in and allow you to click on the activity for more information, such as the facility location where the activity is being held.
- Q: Can I view my transaction history and print out my past receipts online?
- A: Yes! The "My Account" feature allows you to view a detailed list of your past transactions with the Fitchburg Parks & Recreation Department. Just login, click the "My Account" button, and in the Payment and Order Management section click the "Transaction and Payment History" button to view your past receipts.
