Description: At the Y, our nationally certified swim lesson program teaches children, youth, and adults personal safety, personal growth, stroke development, water sports & games, and rescue to develop a life-long passion for swimming and water activities. Our classes feature small instructor-to-student ratios and are structured to maximize in-water instructions.
This class provides a comfortable, non-threatening environment for adults to learn or improve their swimming skills. Participants work with a certified instructor at their own pace to achieve individual goals. These lessons are for any level of beginner swimmer.
