Description: Y Results is a small group, functional training fee based program that is lead by our Certified personal trainers. It will be 8 week building blocks with certain "focuses" for those 8 week building blocks, and every 8 weeks there will be a new focus. It will utilize dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight exercises, and High Intensity Interval training.
