Description:
Learn and develop skills to play tennis based on age and/or ability. The class teaches beginner and recreational (players not interested in high school or competitive tennis) tennis fundamentals such as serving, rallying and playing doubles.
Skills learned: Serving, rallying (forehand an backhand), return of serve, net play and passing shots.
Skills required to progress: Play and score confidently playing doubles from 78 ft court.
Please bring a tennis racquet, water, and sunscreen.
Credits will be issued at the end of the month if we cancel due to weather.
