Are you ready for a fitness challenge? The Y’s fitness boot camp is the personal training class for you. Boot camp is a military-style combination of calisthenics and outdoor running/walking to strengthen all major muscle groups and increase cardiovascular capacity. Designed to cater to all fitness levels. Each month you will also get an individual consultation with your own personal trainer.
