Description:
Bodyweight is a new small group personal training program at the Clearwater Y. Bodyweight training or calisthenics is a form of strength training utilizing only compound bodyweight exercises. This teaches the body how to coordinate its strength and balance through the core and into the limbs. You will use a variety of tools like parallel bars, pull ups bars, steps, boxes, and even simply your own two hands and feet! Made for all levels, finally get your first pull and dip, or even finally getting into that handstand you always wanted! Each 6 week session comes with your own individual consultation with your personal trainer.
