If using a browser other than Internet Explorer (IE) ,for example Google Chrome, Firefox, etc, please log out and log back into our site using Internet Explorer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Use of GOOGLE CHROME or another browser other than IE may cause registration issues, including preventing users from completing their online registration/ transaction requiring the user to cancel the transaction and start over. INTERNET EXPLORER (IE) is the preferred compatible browser for your ActiveNet Experience.

Before creating a new account:

  • Are you a current member?
  • Does the YMCA have your current email address on file?

If you answered YES to either of the above questions, we have great news! You have an ONLINE ACCOUNT created already! Simply click "Forgot your Password" and a temporary password will be sent to your account on file. If you do not receive your temporary password, please call your local branch or 727-467-9622 for assistance.

If you answered NO to the questions above, please click "Create New Account" and follow the instructions to create your online account.

The information provided in the Year End Statement is available in your online profile! While we are currently processing Year End Statement requests, some parents have elected to find the reportable information online. Unlike W-2's and other IRS documents, no special form is needed to report dependent care. For those that elect to have us email the information, we appreciate your patience. If you would like to calculate your 2018 payment amount that will be listed on the Year End Statement you will receive please follow these steps:

  • If you have been to your account before, please enter your login and password.
  • If you have NOT been to your online account before, select "FORGOT PASSWORD". Please DO NOT select "Create New Account", or you will not be able to view your history.
  • Click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the screen by your name.
  • From this page, you can either click on "List Payments" to see all payments you have made to the YMCA of the Suncoast, or you can click "View Payment Details".
  • "View Payment Details" will bring you to a page that you can select a date range and check only School Age Programs to see just those payments made to that program. It will give you an estimated total as well. If you need this information printed, right click the screen and select "print".
