Description

The STRONG Challenge is a six-week program designed to challenge people to grow in SPIRIT, MIND and BODY. Each participant will be encouraged to spend 20 minutes a day, five days a week experimenting with challenges and rhythms that will open them up to a purpose-driven, healthy life. The YMCA will provide the tools and support you need to help you refocus and re-energize to become a healthier and happier you!
