This class combines water resistance exercises and aerobic activity for a total body workout in the 3 1/2 to 5 foot section of swimming pool. Participants can sign up for Water Exercise classes anytime during the month, but the price will not be pro-rated. We ask that all participants sign up for their classes no later than the 5th of each month. A roster will be on the pool deck to record attendance starting on the 6th of every month.
