Non-Member Participants: Please arrive early to pick up your barcode and have photos taken. The Member Services staff at the entrance to the building will help you with this. You only have to do this once per session and it helps ensure a safe environment within the Y. Adults, bring your photo ID.

Summer Camp & Childcare Participants: Once you have completed your program purchase you will need to provide necessary medical and emergency contact information in our HIPAA compliant system, ePACT. You will receive an email within 48 hours with additional details. Your child will not be able to attend their program until this information is shared. Please contact our childcare team at childcareadmin@ymcagbw.org with questions.

*Sibling discounts for Before & After School Care and Summer Camp are not available through the online registration system automatically. Once your registration has processed, select the link below so Y staff can adjust the price to reflect the necessary discount.
