Please carefully read the information below before proceeding:

We have transferred your account into our new registration system. Select "Forgot Your Password?" and use your existing login email. If you create a new account using a different email address than what is on file with the Y, you will create a duplicate account and if you?re a member, you will not receive member rates.

After you?ve successfully logged in, you can update your personal information such as your mailing address and phone number. You can also customize your communications from the Y including opting to receive text alerts and emails related to your interests.

Please note: If you have only registered for sports, ice or aquatics programs online, you will need to create a new account.

If you need to update your email address, date of birth or gender for anyone on your account, or if you receive a message that your account ?has been temporarily suspended? or if you cannot create a new account, email reg@ymcabv.org. Please include your name, mailing address, account changes and your preferred email address.

We?re very excited about our new website and registration system. But change is hard. While we?ve been diligent with our training and beta testing, we know there will be a few hiccups this month.

From checking in at the front desk and signing up for programs to making payments and donations, a registration system change affects every single aspect of our business. Please be patient as our staff members learn this new system.
