DescriptionLevel up at camp by competing in games all week long. After a year of schooling on screens, we can't wait to find happiness playing games like cards, jacks and dominos with our friends. We'll have even more fun going head to head with life-sized board games, minute-to-win-it challenges and obstacle courses — while also learning about the Y's heroic core values. Does your camper know them all? Responsibility, respect, caring and honesty! Kids will be in their true element at camp while having fun and gaining a sense of achievement with our game-focused, brain-boosting curriculum.

SessionCamp NOCO: A Wild Life on Earth (JT-2021)
DescriptionLions and tigers and bears… and elks and eagles and mares! This week we learn about a myriad of animals and grow an appreciation for their place on our shared earth. Kids will explore different types of wildlife, not only in Colorado but around the world. We will learn how animals and humans are all connected and how we can help balance or disrupt different ecosystems based on our actions. The Y encourages campers to look beyond our own world and embrace compassion for other species.

SessionCamp NOCO: Discover Your World (JT-2021)
DescriptionAt the YMCA, we instill an STEAM-based education by mixing, stirring, building, and combining different elements to explore intricate projects and outcomes. Focused on science, technology, engineering, arts and math, this camp will ignite kids' curiosity and help them practice patience as they create their scientific experiments. We will go from the scientific method to social-emotional learning, from identifying and learning emotions to practicing and teaching positive behaviors. Our goal is to help kids understand their thoughts and emotions through the creative process that a STEAM education offers.

SessionCamp NOCO: Every Hero Has a Story (JT-2021)
DescriptionGrab your cape and join us for a week of fun while we learn about fictional and real life heroes. Campers will be visited by first responders and read about inspirational characters who resemble people in their own lives. We'll talk about what it means to be brave and take positive risks to become a hero in someone's life. Campers are encouraged to dress as their favorite hero throughout the week.

DescriptionWe shine a spotlight on the fine arts this week and focus our creativity on sculpting, painting and drawing. We encourage kids to let their imaginations run wild by creating their very own masterpieces. Campers will gain confidence while having fun discovering their talents on stage and with theater and improvisation. We'll build a strong sense a belonging at fine arts camp by harnessing our inner artist.

SessionCamp NOCO: Go, Go, Green! (JT-2021)
DescriptionYMCA Camp Noco celebrates World Environment Day by learning about planet Earth and how we play a role in protecting it. This week we talk about the shared responsibility in our community to keep our rivers, lakes and trails clean from waste and safe for humans and wildlife. We'll take a trip to local recycling centers and become inspired to reuse materials at camp to create fun, new projects. At the Y, kids will grow compassion for our planet.

SessionCamp NOCO: I Like to Move it! (JT-2021)
DescriptionCampers will spend a week learning new skills to develop their hand-eye coordination, balance and footwork with a week devoted to moving! We'll play team games like kickball, volleyball and soccer to talk about respecting others while being active. We'll also focus on other active games and physical education opportunities that help campers understand the importance of moving their body. We'll practice yoga, have dance parties and physical challenges throughout the day. All campers will feel accomplished and capable when they get up, and get active at the Y.

DescriptionBuckle up and prepare for take off as we navigate the stars. Campers will travel back in time and learn about the first moon landing, read about the space shuttle Endeavor, and discuss the impact of many astronauts' historical and brave accomplishments over time. By understanding where space exploration has taken us, campers can make predictions about where we will go next. Endless curiosity will fuel our voyage as we embark through the great beyond!

DescriptionAs billions watch the world's top athletes vie for medals, Y campers will spend the week learning about different countries that are competing. YMCA of Northern Colorado will start a new tradition with We Are The Champions week — as we offer kids a unique opportunity to be immersed in different cultures. We will learn about a chosen country's customs, language and much more. At the end of the week, campers will run, jump and splash their way through several kid-friendly challenges alongside other camps. We will talk about what it's like to feel a sense of pride and celebrate our differences.

SessionCamp NOCO: Ooey, Gooey, Sticky (JT-2021)
DescriptionLeave the mess at camp with our messy, sticky, ooey, gooey week. This week, kids will learn to express themselves through messy play at the Y. Campers will build relationships with others as they work together to make textured oobleck. We'll also encourage campers to enjoy more calming activities with slime, an amazing tactile sensory experience. We'll use paint, mud, sand and other household items to create abstract works of art that campers will remember for a lifetime!

DescriptionFor our next trick, we jump into a World of Magic... Abracadabra! We embrace our inner wizard by casting spells, making potions and crafting our own wands. Campers will use their imagination to conjure up their own magical world and creatures. We'll apparate into the week and learn more about our fellow sorcerers at camp. Battling a new magical quest can seem intimidating, but when you work together with friends, you can accomplish anything you set your magical mind to.

Join the Y this summer for a fun, enriching traditional day camp experience — where old and new friends meet, learn and thrive. Our campers will unplug, enjoy hands-on learning, try new activities, learn new skills and make new friends. We accommodate the wide variety of interests our campers have and plan activities that support those diverse preferences. Activities include camp songs and cheers, hiking and nature activities, archery, gaga ball, sports and games, Color Wars, STEM, arts and humanities and much more. Enthusiastic and well-trained staff will ensure a safe and fun summer. Our day camp sites are conveniently located throughout Boulder, Weld and Larimer counties to ensure that we have the fun covered for your camper this summer.

For children entering Kindergarten through 6th Grade.

Weekly Fees:
Member FT 4-5 days/week: $260/week
Non-Member FT 4-5 days/week: $276/week

Member PT 1-3 days/week: $161/week
Non-Member PT 1-3 days/week: $177/week

Swim Lesson Add-on: $85/session
CCAP Discount: $30/session (CCAP families register for add-ons through the business office. Contact reg@ymcanoco.org or 303.443.4474)

Here’s how to enroll:
1) Click Enroll and choose the family member who is registering.
2) Once you’ve selected your camps, select "Checkout."
3) Review and select weekly payment plan if desired. There is a $50 non-refundable down payment required for each week of camp registration.
4) Answer the questions of acknowledgment and review charges.
5) Continue to cart and checkout.
6) You may view your family schedule online via “My Account” and choose “Family Member’s Schedule”

It is suggested that families reserve their spot for the entire summer. Capacities may be limited due to Health Department Guidelines and COVID-19 capacity requirements.

Please register one child per transaction.
