Thrive Restaurant

Joliet: On the campus of Joliet Jr. College, Thrive Restaurant is run by the students in the Culinary Arts Department. The focus of Thrive is to craft elegant and imaginative cuisine, showcasing fresh ingredients. All pastas are produced in house, as well as cheeses, breads and more to create a menu both classic and approachable that is simple yet flavorful. Menu to include soup or salad, choice of entrée, dessert and drinks. Fee includes lunch, tax, tip and transportation. Supervisor: Kim Passini
