Description

Students will learn the fundamentals involved in creating a video game world, using Scratch, the innovative programming language created just for kids by MIT. In this class, students will be introduced to programming by creating and editing sprites and game opponents. They will learn about sound and video as they ?level up? through the building of their own game. Students work in teams and will receive a copy of the software and their game at the end of the class. This class is taught by Computer Explorers Staff. This is a cooperative program with the Lisle Park District.
