Description: What would you give to see your great-grandparents' diary entries from one of his/her "ordinary" days a couple of centuries ago? Some day in the future people will wonder about your life, as well, in 2022--if not your own progeny, then maybe a historian or book lover. The written word lives long past our individual lives. A small group of readers/writers will meet each other twice monthly to discuss short pieces of non-fiction in which posterity will hold some interest. We cannot do book-length biographies here, but can capture pieces of our life's experience that sparkle. If we don't write our own stories, then nobody else will. Led by Dr. Joy-Ellis McLemore, the charter sponsor of literary honor society at The University of Texas, proceeds will go toward Habitat for Humanity.
