Description
Let the warm water and peaceful music create a pleasant environment for you to practice yoga. Everyone is welcome; you do not need to have practiced yoga in the past to find yoga in the water relaxing and easy to do. In the calming effect of water, you will practice deep breathing techniques, increase your flexibility and balance, and develop a stronger core through yoga poses. Yoga poses are modified in the water, helping you feel a sense of well-being. Research shows that the deep breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation techniques used lower blood pressure. Enjoy yourself while you improve your health.
