Description: 

The Worthington Parks and Recreation Department and FC Bank want you to have a little fun as we enter 2021. Join the Holiday Hustle as we navigate through the Holidays focusing on Movement, Miles and Maintenance. This community health and wellness initiative is free and will have three components:

  • Move: You will be given a goal each week for active minutes. These minutes can include walking, running, swimming, fitness classes, weightlifting; whatever gets you moving! Each week you meet your goal, your name will be entered in a prize raffle. The more weeks you meet your movement goal, the more chances you have to win.
  • Miles: Step into fitness as you meet a weekly step goal. Use any type of activity tracker to record your daily steps. Meeting the weekly goal gets you entered in the prize raffle, up to six entries!
  • Maintain: On the honor system, you will record your weight by Monday, November 23. You will weigh in again on January 4. If you maintained your weight throughout the six weeks, you can enter your name in a separate prize raffle. You must register before the November 23 date to participate in the Maintain category. The Maintain component is for participants 18 years and older.

Prizes will include activity trackers, fitness gear, gifts certificates, personal training and much more:

The City of Worthington and FC Bank are committed to lead our community in health and wellness, and we will be hustling right along with you. You will receive weekly emails with tips, tricks and inspiration to meet your goals.

Every registered participant receives a free t-shirt and goodie bag, so make sure you register as soon as possible. Focus on your health and wellness as we close out a crazy 2020 and take the Holiday Hustle challenge together.

Contest will run November 23-January 3 with prizes drawn the week of January 4. You can register at any time during the contest (unless the contest is full); however, any participants registering after November 23 will not be eligible for the Maintain component.
