Days: Mondays/Wednesdays

Times: 4th graders: 6:00 - 6:50 pm

Clinic/Games - 6 clinics/4 games

Games will be Monday - Thursday, April 19-22



Notes:

Please note that if you have not completed and turned in a participation & COVID waiver for your child within the last year, you will need to do so before the program starts.

Participation waivers can be accessed by opening the following link in a new window www.woosteroh.com/recreation and scrolling down to the participation waivers section to fill out and submit the waiver online.

The form is valid for one year from the date it is signed and can be used for multiple programs offered through the Wooster Recreation and Community Center.

Lindsay's Law NOTICE - No child will be placed on a roster for ANY sports offered by the Wooster Recreation and Community Center until a form is on file with our department.
