Karate - March 21-April 29

Sabal Dojo is the North Carolina branch of Goshukan Ryu Okinawan Karate. The program teaches classical karate, self-defense, kobudo (traditional weapons of Okinawan, Japan), and promote holistic living in our practice. Our mission is to pass on our lineage, develop deeper understandings of the curriculum, and develop more lifelong practitioners in the next generations. Program is designed for people of all skill levels.
