Description: 

Class combines intervals of strength training with cardiovascular conditioning, agility, and balance drills, to give you a total body physical training session. Bring 4 to 10 lb. hand weights and a mat.

Make sure you have your own personal mat for floor work, 4 to 10 lb hand weights and bring a towel & water.
