Description: 

Get the best of both worlds in this liquid environment. Start in the deep and end in the shallow. Get a full body workout with intervals, circuit training (stations), core strengthening and everything in between. Let's keep it moving!!! You must be comfortable in the deep water and wear a flotation belt. Instructor: Nancy Fink.

Notes:
Please read the following procedures you will need to agree to before registering:
  • At the first class, the participant will be required to sign a waiver that includes language regarding COVID. Due to the length of this waiver, we are making the document available on our website. Click here to review the waiver prior to arriving for class. You might want to consider bringing your own pen to sign the waiver.
  • Masks/Face Coverings are optional (unless school district changes policy)
  • No masks/face coverings will be worn in the water
  • By enrolling in this activity you are agreeing that you are comfortable being in close proximity to the instructor and other participants in the pool without a mask
  • Locker rooms will be for use of the restroom only
  • Arrive dressed to swim and place personal items on pool deck bleachers or benches
  • Please self-monitor your health and do not come to class if you are experiencing a fever or flu-like symptoms
