GENTLE YOGA & ACUPUNCTURE - 5/13

GENTLE YOGA & ACUPUNCTURE at the Westminster Family Fitness Center with Misti & Emma on Tues. 5/13 10:15-11:15a in the Yoga Studio! Enjoy a gentle yoga practice, followed by a community acupuncture treatment to support the immune system, help release physical and emotional tension, and relax the mind by creating a calming and grounding effect. Deepen your self-care practice with this powerful combination of modalities to cultivate well-being on all levels, help accelerate the healing process and remove stagnation. Bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, any pillow or bolster props you wish to use for extra support, a water bottle, and an eye mask - if you have one.

Fee: $24 for Members/City Residents and $29 for Non-Members/Non-City Residents. Minimum age to participate is 18 years old. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given unless the spot can be filled by another participant. If the WFFC has to cancel, we will reschedule it or issue a refund.
