Just Playing with Words

Because it's fun. That's a good reason to write poems. To begin, we'll read poems that are obviously having a good time, no matter how playful or difficult the theme. In this vein, we?ll write poems, too, and experiment with what words can do. A no-pressure class for the pleasure of it. Doesn?t matter if you've never written a poem or if you?re a poetry goddess, it's a chance to play with words in new and familiar ways. Yes, let's have a good time.
