Refund Policy

I. Full refunds will be given to participants who have registered for a class or program that has been cancelled by THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP

II. If the participant request a refund more than three (3) days prior to the start of any class or program, one day class or program or recurring class or program, they will receive a full refund less a $5.00 service charge.

III. If the participant attends only the 1st day of class or program and for any reason is not satisfied they will receive a full refund less the $5.00 processing fee.

IV. Participants must submit a refund request prior to the 2nd class/program meeting. After the 2nd day of class/program, NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

V. Fees associated with online transactions are not refundable unless the class or program is cancelled by THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP.

VI. No cash refund are given. A refund check may take up to three to four weeks to process and receive.
