Biography:Susan Fisher is a Level 1/2 certified Essentrics Instructor who teaches in a way that leaves you feeling energized, youthful, and healthy. Susan has been teaching for 2 years, practicing for 5, and will soon complete her level 3 certification. She fell in love with the style after seeing increases in her own flexibility and mobility, a reduction of pain and improved posture. It has become her passion to share it with others.
