Do you want to try hatha yoga, but don't know where to begin? In this Beginners Series you'll get a taste of easy, basic, yoga postures to release mental and physical stress, (and yes, you'll get stronger and more flexible), and you'll discover how mindful breathing is the ticket to feeling more alive, calmer, and clear. Everyone is welcome. The atmosphere is friendly and non-competitive. Registration closes at 3:00pm the day before class. Each class requires 5 students to be preregistered in order to hold class.
