Regional Italian Cooking w/Stony Run Winery Wine Pairing

Join Chef Karen Bentz for a hands-on culinary class in our gourmet kitchen celebrating regional Italian cuisine.

Your menu will include:

Insalata Di Pere e Gorgonzola (Pan roasted pear and gorgonzola salad), Petit al Pollo Arrosto (Roasted chicken breasts with cherry tomatoes and herbs), Polenta Con Fontina e Funghi (Polenta with fontina and mushrooms), Zuppa Inglese al Limoncello Con Frutti di Bosco Freschi (Limoncello zuppa inglese with fresh berries)

Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back long hair.
Please inform the Chef of any food allergies at least a week before the workshop by contacting the office. Although we will make every effort to accommodate food allergies, depending on the specific menu and allergy it may not be possible. No accommodation can be made the day of class.

Culinary Workshop tuition is non-refundable.
