In this hands-on cooking class, you will work together to create a wonderful meal with Chef Karen Bentz.
Menu:
Tiganites Kolokythakia (Zucchini and feta fritters)
Kotopoulo Souvlaki with Tzataiki Sauce
Ryzi Pilafi (Rice Pilaf)
Melopita Sifnos (Greek "cheesecake" with honey)
