6:30pm - 9:00pm


Join us for an evening of French culinary classic 5 dishes accompanied with wines to compliment the savory flavors. The evening will begin with a casual gathering while tasting prepared hors d'oeuvres and wine. Then Chef Patrick will demonstrate the step-by-step process in how to create the appetizer, soup, main dish, and dessert. Guests will have moderate participation in the kitchen. Attendees will enjoy the evening's creations by a candlelight sit-down dinner served in The Link.

Gougere Pate a Choux with Blue Cheese Filling
Wild Mushroom Bisque Soup
Pasta and Scallops
Coq au Vin
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Custard and Creme Anglaise

Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back long hair.
