Description: Wayne Art Center is pleased to offer an option for current student members who wish to have more time in the studio to create and finish their work, and to practice their hand building and wheel throwing skills. Students will work independently, with a monitor available to sell clay and tools.


Students must be currently enrolled in a Winter Ceramics 2021 class, and must be members of Wayne Art Center to qualify for this open studio rate. Clay used must be purchased at Wayne Art Center. Price of class includes firing and glazing of work that has been produced in our ceramic studio, utilizing our clay.

This is a non-transferrable class running six weeks, 1/14/21 - 2/18/21 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Before each class, students are required to complete a daily health screening. If a student is unable to complete the health screening, a parent or guardian must complete it for them.

Please remember that masks are mandatory, keep a minimum of 6 feet away from others, wash your hands frequently, and do not touch your face. Hand Sanitizer is only effective three or four times in a row, then proper hand washing is a must!

If you or a family member is not feeling well, please let us know, and do not attend class. We will get through this together.
