Description
In connection with the Waupaca School District the Waupaca Parks and Recreation offers swimming lessons led by instructors using the six-level Learn-to-Swim program provided by the American Red Cross. This program is designed for both children and adults to progress through the levels at their own pace.
Learn to Swim Level 1 will orientate participants to the aquatic environment and learn elementary skills that can be built on as they progress through the Learn-to-Swim program. Skills will include: front and back float, rolling over from front to back and back to front, and submerging face for 3 seconds.
Prerequisites: Ages 6 and up
