Description

This is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Involves small, methodical movements that target abs, arms, thighs, and glutes. The aim is to improve posture, balance, and flexibility as well as muscle strength. Yoga mat is required.
