Description

Gain total body strength and definition with this dynamic and creative group strength-training class. The class uses a combination of power tubing, free weights and body weight exercises for an effective one hour class – 20 minutes upper body, 20 minutes lower body, and 20 minutes of core conditioning. No experience necessary! Bring a mat and a water bottle.
