Are there really Rattlesnakes at Rattlesnake Mountain? Come find out with Rangers John and Bret at Huffaker Hills trailhead for a moderately difficult 1.5 mile hike through the high desert of East Reno. We will be discussing the flora and fauna and cultural history of this hidden gem. You also might be surprised at the views from this hike. Please come prepared as there is not much shade, no water source, and only a portable restroom.

We'll meet at the trailhead parking lot on Alexander Lake Road. It is approximately 1 mile southeast on Alexander Lake Road (1st street east off Longley) off of South McCarran Blvd.
