Join us for 5 weeks in this small group setting and experience the best of what a personal training session has to offer. At a fraction of the cost to one-on-one personal training a certified personal trainer will guide you in a workout assisting with correct form and a slower pace. If you are starting out then this corrective and beneficial course is for you. Experience the one-on-one training with correction and guidance while having fun working out in a small group.
This course will be for those individuals who are new to exercise or are wanting to focus on specific skill-based movement, improved posture and alignment and that extra push with a trainer who will guide you in staying consistent and reaching toward your goals!
Class will run on Wednesdays beginning June 1, 2022. Space is limited no more than eight. Register today!
