Description:
Reconnect with the age old wisdom inside of you that intuitively understands about the very natural process of birth. This program will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort as well as reducing stress and improving sleep patterns. Yoga can also help to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Breathing techniques learned will help during delivery with self-awareness.
This is a 5 week program. On Monday mornings from 8:00 - 9:00 AM, starting May 16th - June 13th.
