Description

No refrigerator? No problem! Come learn how farms provided all the food that farmers ate and how they saved those foods for winter and beyond. We’ll discuss different methods of food preservation and sample different foods preserved in different ways. (Some food samples may contain allergens. Program instructor can provide more information.) Best suited for ages 6-12. Registration is required for all participants.
