Description
Help celebrate NC Invasive Species Awareness Week! Learn about North Carolina's worst invasive plants and ways you can help to stop their spread. We will spend some time learning how to identify common Piedmont species and discuss management strategies for each. Discover the invasives lurking in your local nursery or big-box store, and find non-invasive alternatives. We will then go out into the park and get hands-on experience with invasive control.
