This program provides you with a great cardiovascular workout to music in the water. Great for men & women of all abilities. Go at your own pace! Improves breathing, stimulates circulation, relieves tension, increases energy & vitality, great for therapy, helpful for overweight & orthopedic problems. Must wear mask when not in school.
