Description
Salsa is an upbeat Latin dance that is very popular and easy to learn! Salsa evolved in the 1970's when dancers started to mix Mambo, a popular Latin dance from the 1940's and 1950's, with the exciting and quick turning patterns of the Hustle, a 1970's disco dance. Build confidence by learning to dance with a partner; students will rotate partners, in time with the rhythm of the music.

Withdraw & Refund Policy
Customer requests for course withdrawals must be received 3 business days prior
to the first start date of the activity in which the participant has been enrolled. A
refund will be processed minus a $15 processing fee. Payments made by cash or
check will be refunded via mailed check through the City of Visalia Finance
Department; allow two to four weeks for processing. Credit/debit card payments
will be refunded back to the card on which the transaction was initially charged
to, allow two to three business days for processing. If a customer must withdraw
from a course due to serious illness or injury, the customer should contact the
Parks and Recreation Business Office immediately at (559) 713-4365.
