Description: 

Students will learn the fundamentals of childcare (feeding/diapering/etc..), child safety (choking emergencies/home hazards/etc...), and also learn Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED!

This is a great class to build confidence as pre-teen and teens enter the exciting world of babysitting, or if they are starting to stay home alone for the first time.

The class is taught by using an assortment of relevant videos, hands on skill learning sessions, and games. Enrolled students will receive: A 30 page digital babysitting course book prior to the start of class, a babysitting class completion certificate, an American Heart Association "Friends and Family" participation certificate, and an AHA 80 page Friends and Family student manual.

Students will need to bring a lunch/beverage the day of the class. Instructor is certified through the American Heart Association.
