Description:
This beginner barre class combines elements of pilates, yoga and dance and is low impact. Movements are modified and suitable for adults 55 and older but open to anyone 18 years or older. Small isolated movements performed in class decrease pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and spine by improving core strength, balance and posture. Every class will leave you feeling empowered, strengthened and invigorated.
