How to Purchase a Membership for Lakeview Fitness or the Turtle Creek Waterpark
To Purchase an Individual Membership:
**An Individual Membership must be purchased for the first member**
- Choose your Membership and Add to Cart
- Select Participant and click Continue
- Answer required questions and click Continue
- Check the box and initial that you have read and agree to the LF Membership Waiver or the Turtle Creek Waterpark Pass Waiver & Release
- Click Check Out
- Complete the payment process
To add Add-On Memberships:
**An Individual Membership must be purchased and completed in its own transaction before adding any Add-On memberships**
- After an Individual Membership has been purchased and completed in its own transaction, choose your Add-On Membership and Add to Cart
- Select Participant and click Continue
- Answer required questions and click Continue
- Check the box and initial that you have read and agree to the LF Membership Waiver or the Turtle Creek Waterpark Pass Waiver & Release
- Click Check Out
- Complete the payment process
Once you have completed your purchase, you must come into Lakeview Fitness or the Sullivan Center to have your picture taken, and then you will be issued a key fob for your pass.
