Beginner Ninjas

Ninja Classes are great for kids who want to learn how to do obstacles like those on American Ninja Warrior. We work on different obstacles each week building strength, endurance, and confidence. Classes include a warm-up, obstacle course coaching/technique, endurance, and free time. Beginner Ninja classes focus on learning how to tackle various obstacles seen on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. Ninjas are not required to have any prior experience with obstacles. Students learn how to approach new challenges safely while having fun. Instructors set goals and challenges for each student to help them develop solid fundamental skills over time. Closed-toe tennis shoes and athletic apparel are required. A water bottle is recommended.
